Hacienda is a Latino-led Community Development Corporation that strengthens families by providing affordable housing,
homeownership support, economic advancement, and educational opportunities.

Hacienda CDC’s newest community, Lake Grove, will be a new affordable housing community for Lake Oswego. In addition to 55 units of affordable housing, this development will include robust resident and wrap-around services, and community spaces that will host
life-enriching and supportive workshops.

Through direct community engagement, the residents of Lake Oswego will provide valuable input toward the building’s
design, amenities, programs, and services.
